I graduated from California State University, Chico in 2004 with a BS in Instructional Technology. Currently, I am a Cloud Solutions Specialist at Chico State with over 15 years of service.

I have spent the last few years learning Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Query for Excel, Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) in Power Pivot. Recently, I have been using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. As it turns out, I excel at using these tools.

See how I am Excel-ing at work.

  1. I enjoyed the tutorial on Email with Options. I am struggling with an issue I have. I have a MS Forms where I ask which teams would you like to email. Then I wanted to look up each team name in a sharepoint list and see which emails are associated to that list and email them. In your example the email from excel works great. However from forms all I can get to work is a field the usertypes in the email.

    1. Russ, I am glad you enjoyed the post! I feel like your issue is could be simple or could be difficult to answer in a response comment.
I think you would want to use https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/sharepointonline/#get-items (to get the list of team names) after your ‘Form Submission’ trigger and then compare the Choice response from https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/microsoftforms/#get-response-details to determine which mailbox to email.
